2016: Here We Come!

This is going to be an amazing year!
That's easy -- because we all will be together, meeting every challenge
and celebrating every triumph with our Solemates.
What makes Sole to Soul so special?
That's easy, too. It's
the spirit and heart and courage and love our our members. We are Solemates because we share the soul of support for one another.
I am honored and humbled every week to see how hard everyone tries and how simple our goal is: To be at peace with our
pace, even as we seek new successes.
On Feb. 2, we'll start a brand-new training cycle for the San Diego Rock n
Roll. It's a great time to join us, and I hope you do!

Many of our members joined Sole to Soul to
train for their first 1/2 marathon. Most of us never thought that running 13.1 miles was even possible when we first
started training but, together, we learned that we could do it.
Our running motto is "At Peace With My Pace." I believe
that with encouragement and support, you can cross the finish line -- still upright, smiling and ready to sign up for another
