We offer support if you're just starting out or
an experienced runner or walker. It's a great time

I could not be more proud!
Proud, of course, of our amazing runners who completed the AFC 5K -- Melissa and
Gina, both battling injuries but staying strong -- and proud of our Half-Marathon finishers -- Vanessa and Wayne, brilliant
as always -- Kirsten, completing her first Half as a Solemate and Corey, completing his first half ever in incredible time
-- Jacque, Jayme and Tomorrow, who each showed so much courage and heart and fortitude that they will sustain me for many

new runners and walkers to experience this accomplishment. We still have great things ahead.
You should ALL
be proud! JM

that with encouragement and support, you can cross the finish line -- still upright, smiling and ready to sign up for another
