Our runners and walkers
will be in Balboa Park with a variety of routes to choose from -- and a brand-new training cycle will begin on June 9.
This week, we'll show you what interval training is and how to succeed with a run/walk pattern.
You can try it out, meet our members and start setting some exciting new goals for yourself.
The most important
thing is to open your minds and hearts to the possibilities of success.
I know you can do it -- one step
at a time -- and learn how our motto "At Peace with My Pace," works in a fun and supportive environment.

Try Something New...

Sometimes we need to challenge ourselves
by trying something new to see our true abilities.
Very soon, we'll start a brand-new training cycle with
short beginner runs, but every week is a chance to get started. I'll make sure you have the route length that works
for you. Then, you can simply watch yourself accomplish things you never thought possible.

Many of our members joined Sole to Soul to
train for their first 1/2 marathon. Most of us never thought that running 13.1 miles was even possible when we first
started training but, together, we learned that we could do it.
